Hello, I'm Ellie Y, a compassionate and experienced home carer. I have been dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals for the past several years. As a female carer, I am able to offer both hourly and overnight care services. My extensive experience includes working with clients who are affected by Mild Cognitive Impairment, are bedbound, have Parkinson's Disease, suffer from anxiety and depression, among other conditions.
One of the key advantages I bring to my role is my ability to drive, as well as having my own car. This allows me to offer additional flexibility and ensure that my clients receive the assistance they need at any time. My skills encompass a range of caregiving tasks, such as bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, and catheter care. Additionally, I provide companionship and am always ready to engage in meaningful conversations with my clients.
Outside of my work, I am an active individual with various hobbies. I enjoy walking, which helps me to stay fit and also provides opportunities for my clients to enjoy some fresh air. Cooking and baking are also passions of mine, and I find great delight in preparing delicious and nutritious meals for those in my care. I am a sociable person who values human connection, and so I always ensure that my clients feel included and engaged. Lastly, I have an affinity for animals, particularly cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds.
My caring nature, friendliness, and helpfulness are attributes that have driven my career as a carer. I find immense satisfaction in supporting others and helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. It is my belief that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and dignity.
